The NVMe Controller is a configurable and UNH-certified solution for enterprise and client PCIe SSDs, featuring multi-core and lock-free architecture. It includes NVMe-aware DMA engines, firmware-controlled command handling, and supports AXI and proprietary interfaces. Integrated with Mobiveil’s GPEX or third-party NAND controllers, it achieves optimized latency, throughput, and efficiency.

Mobiveil’s xSPI Controller supports JEDEC-compliant NOR/NAND Flash and HyperRAM devices, enabling ultra-fast read throughput via x4/x8 SPI interfaces. It functions as a universal controller—SPI, Quad-SPI, Octa-SPI, or Dual-QSPI—ensuring backward compatibility with legacy devices. Designed for space-constrained, low-power applications, it supports multiple chip-selects and is ideal for wearables, cameras, and automation systems.

Mobiveil’s LDPC Controller offers advanced LDPC error correction with statistical DSP. It addresses the reliability demands of MLC, TLC, and 3D NAND at advanced geometries while significantly extending flash memory life. Optimized for ultra-low power to high-performance SSD applications, it is scalable, patented, and highly customizable.
